To develop, promote, and preserve the tourism potentials of the municipality, improve road network and various farm-to-market road and agricultural facilities, develop disaster resilient infrastructures and resettlement sites, create livelihood opportunities for jobless and out-of-school youth, strict implementation of laws and ordinances and effective delivery of social services to the entire population of the Municipality.
